Note to self:
Spaghetti is cheaper to prepare than lasagna.
I now have eight dollars left until pay day.
But tonight, I will eat lasagna.

It better be the best lasagna I’ve ever made.
I’ve gotta get better at meal planning.

On Sundays I cook for the whole week. I grill chicken breasts and bag serving size portion of different foods (like fruits and veggies) in ziplock bags. That way if I need to cook I don’t have to worry about preparing stuff. I just take out the bags and put them in a pot.

Yeah I keep meaning to do that. But my Crockpot is small and so is my motivation to give up one of the days of my weekend cooking all day. So instead I cook about twice a week, making sure to have enough for leftovers on the other days.
